At Hello Buttercup, we want you and your little ones to be delighted with your purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy ensures a smooth process for returns and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

Full-Priced Products: You may return full-priced products for a store credit or exchange. As a small business, we encourage exchanges whenever possible.

Requesting a Return or Exchange: To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@hellobuttercup.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your proof of purchase in the email.

Approval Requirement: Please note that returns received without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale Items: Returns and Exchanges are not permitted for sale items. However, clothing and accessories on sale may be exchanged for another size if available, or another product if the size is unavailable.

Time Frame: Returns and exchanges requested more than 7 days after receiving goods will not be approved.

Hygiene Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, exchanges for intimates and swimwear may be declined.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Initiate Request: Email hello@hellobuttercup.com.au with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and proof of purchase.

Wait for Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, Include any provided return authorization details. Products must be returned unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging.

Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service to send your return to the address provided. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking. Postage is at the senders expense.

Returns and Exchanges Processing

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your store credit or exchange within 7 business days.

Store Credit: Store credits will be issued via email and can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will send the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

Faulty & Damaged Items

At Hello Buttercup, we take great care to ensure your goodies arrive in perfect condition and are safely packaged for shipping. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email at hello@hellobuttercup.com.au as soon as possible.

Here's what to do:

Contact Us: Email us with your order details and a description of the issue upon receiving your order, please include photos if applicable.

Assessment: We will assess your request promptly.

Return Shipping: If approved, we will email you a return shipping label.

You can choose between:

Refund: 100% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Replacement: A replacement item will be sent to you ASAP.

Please ensure the product is returned in the same condition it was received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
