What are your delivery times?
Hello Buttercup strives to pack and post goods within 48 hours of receiving orders so you can enjoy your goodies ASAP.
All orders are posted using Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
Estimated Shipping times:
Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1 – 3 Business Days
*Please note that these are only estimated shipping timeframes, once your parcel has been delivered to Australia Post the timing of your shipment is out of our control.
Local Delivery is available upon checkout to addresses within Bordertown SA town limits.
We aim to deliver local packages within 48 hours (during business hours) of receiving your order.
Please ensure upon checkout you select the appropriate local delivery option. Please supply a residential address within Bordertown town limits - We cannot deliver to a PO Box. You must accept for your order to be left unattended at the delivery address.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping prices as follows:
$10.00 for all standard shipping
$15.00 for all express shipping
FREE Standard Shipping for orders of $100.00 or more
Local Delivery (Bordertown SA):
FREE for orders of $50.00 or more
$5.00 for orders under $50.00
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time Hello Buttercup is unable to support international orders.
