Toddlers can pop their favourite Dinkum in the seat and head out (or around the living room) for an adventure or two. · Quilted cotton stroller seat with metal foldable stroller frame, comes in drawstring shoulder bag

· The stroller has a metal and plastic frame, and the seat is quilted 100% cotton and 100% polyester fiber.

A. Yes the fabric seat can be slipped off of the metal frame and washed in a gold gentle machine wash with similar colours.

We currently only ship within Australia. International orders are not available at this time.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Full-priced items can be returned for store credit or exchange.

Sale items are final sale, however, sale clothing and accessories may be exchanged for another size or product if available.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear and intimates.

Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and proof of purchase.

Wait for our reply before sending anything back—unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, return your item using a trackable shipping method.

We’ll process your store credit or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your item.

Store Credit and Exchanges

Store credits will be emailed to you and can be used at any time.

Exchanges will be shipped once your return has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We quality-check everything with love, but if something arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@hellobuttercup.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

You’ll be able to choose between a full refund or a replacement item.
