Returns & Exchanges Policy

Full-priced items can be returned for store credit or exchange

Sale items are final sale, but sale clothing & accessories may be exchanged for another size or product (if available)

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, returns on swimwear and intimates may not be accepted

Return postage is at the buyer’s expense
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@hellobuttercup.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order

Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and proof of purchase

Wait for our reply before sending your item—unapproved returns will not be accepted

Once approved, return your item using a trackable shipping method

We’ll process your store credit or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return
Store Credit & Exchanges

Store credits are sent via email and can be used anytime

Exchanges are shipped once we’ve received and inspected your return
Faulty or Damaged Items
We quality-check everything with love, but if something arrives damaged or faulty:

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label
