Shipping policy

At Hello Buttercup, we aim to get your goodies to you as quickly (and joyfully) as possible!

Delivery Times

We pack and post orders within 48 hours of receiving them (Unless otherwise stated).
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking included.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are out of our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $10.00

• Express Shipping: $15.00

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $159.00

Some larger or heavier items may not be eligible for our standard shipping rates and could incur additional charges. Any applicable extra shipping costs will be clearly outlined in the product description of those items.

Local Delivery (Bordertown SA only)

Available for addresses within Bordertown town limits:

• FREE for orders over $50.00

• $5.00 for orders under $50.00

We aim to deliver local orders within 48 hours (business hours).
Please choose the local delivery option at checkout and ensure a physical, residential address is provided (no PO Boxes, please). Orders must be able to be left unattended.

Click & Collect (FREE)

Prefer to collect in person? We offer FREE Click & Collect from our store at:
50 Crocker Street, Bordertown SA 5268

Pick-up is available during store hours:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday | 9:00am – 2:30pm

Please select 'Click & Collect' at checkout to use this option.
You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. International orders aren’t available at this time.
