We pack and post all orders within 48 hours from our Bordertown boutique.
• Flat-rate shipping: $10 Standard | $15 Express
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $129
• Local Delivery (Bordertown only): Free over $50 | $5 under $50
• Click & Collect available from 50 Crocker St, Bordertown (Wed–Fri, 9am–2:30pm)
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking included.
Once posted, delivery times are in the hands of Australia Post.
Returns
We hope you love your Hello Buttercup purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
• Returns or exchanges are available on full-priced items
• Sale items are final sale (unless clothing or accessories needing size exchange)
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging
• Return postage is at the buyer’s expense
